Store Policy

All items are final sale.

All packages are insured. If you receive a damaged package, please notify us and file a claim with USPS. If confirmation receipt is marked delivered and customer claims to have not received Items, KJ Bookstore will not replace items. KJ Bookstore is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We suggest you file a stolen package report with the United States Postal Service. KJ Bookstore is not responsible for improper address given or change of address once package has been mailed. If using PayPal items must be shipped to the address from the PayPal site. 

If a package is returned to KJ Bookstore due to a wrong address entered at checkout, the shipping cost will not be refunded. 

Refunds will be subject to the following:

Customized and autographed books are non-refundable. 

Once orders are accepted and packaged, cancellations are not accepted.

Order's paid online will be refunded back to the original source of payment;

For Cash App,Paypal & Zelle, delivery payments, the amount will be refunded into the bank account provided by you minus website deduction fee of 1.5%. (Cash app)

For Cash on Delivery payments, the amount will be refunded into the bank account provided by you;

A promo code, once used, shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order or return either by you or KJ Bookstore.
